I'm nothing of a Pokemon expert. My list was very bad. Starly was my first and either patrat or zigzagoon was last.

I second what Ani said. Especially when Pokemon choices are so limited like in this game, anything can be useful in some way. And once again, it's possible to make it to the end solely by winning challenges!

Basically, Talonflame kills itself to kill everyone else.

And you should totally use big pecks, then flame body when it evolves. They are so much better than it's other ability.

I've set up a neat setup on pokemon showdown and actually used it for the first time in a random battle, on my iPad. It is very awesome although I won a battle and lost a battle and I lost cus a woo buffet mirror coat on my wormadam

I forgot to mention, that will be the last challenge in a long time requiring knowledge of Pokemon trivia. Also, no elimination rounds will ever be based on trivia.

staraptor wears down far too easily w/ SR, Brave Bird, and constant need to switch in and out

194 is just wrong though you will be using CC far less than you will be using brave bird

Purrloin was 1. for me.

I used to play q lot of bw lc and it definitely is a threat, it can encore a non-attacking move and force a switch, then swagger.

Then I spam sub till they hurt themselves, then finish them off with Foul play

At least Sableye doesn't rely on hax in order to be useful at all.

I think Cosmic Power Clefable/Siglyph are more annoying though. because you have to rely on hax in order to beat them at all if they ever get a free turn. And they can't be toxic stalled, which is usually the way I end up dealing with annoying things. Except Purrloin. The way to deal with that is never use non-attacking moves while it's out/has a decent chance of switching in.
