I have two large theme games that I want to run next. One is based on
Chrono Trigger
, the other is based on
His Dark Materials
. I'd like to get the ball rolling on these, so let me know if you are an experienced theme mod who is interested in helping design or review either setup. I have basic ideas for each, but nothing concrete yet, and I haven't decided which one I will run first. It will probably depend on how quickly development goes on each of them. HDM is probably a bit further behind because of some non-standard mechanics that need to be worked out. Flavor knowledge is recommended if you want to help out with either one.

Yeah, I'm aware of that earlier CT game. I think my idea is sufficiently different that it won't feel like a rehash. That was from 2006 also, so I figure there has to come a point (probably less than 5 years) where a theme can be recycled and still get people excited.
I don't think there needs to be an specific reason there is a wait. Really, I wouldn't mind playing a Fire Emblem game right after a Fire Emblem game, for example.
I'm in need of one or two experienced reviewers for
Final Fantasy 6 Mafia
, a Large Theme game. Specifically I need someone comfortable with dealing with complex, no-standard mechanics. Flavor knowledge would also be a plus but is not necessary.
Please PM me!

Pretty much Geriatric game restricted at this point ... unless there are players I REALLY want to play with.

I've got someone helping out with HDM (though another would be appreciated), but I still need a taker for CT.
Wouldn't mind some "consultants" for a somewhat experimental mini-theme game based on "The Mole" television series. If you've seen it you will roughly know what to expect.

Feel free to PM me to be ready in case I need a replacement.
So I'm actually looking at running one of my pet setups in the near future. It's a Mini Normal and I'd love for someone to take a look for balance and normalcy (but the former is more important).
Thank'ee!
