nobody has claimed a role yet at this point so who is the first role? nobody unless he is one, which is what I thought, and I am sure mafia thought too.

Then you're just plain misreading me. In the live games I've played there are often no town PRs. On top of that, I asked why he thought there were OTHER ROLES besides the ones that were being claimed at the time, which I could have just as easily asked if I was a PR.

iirc JoT (town version) (in a previous game), had an investigation, role block, and a vig shot.

I figure Jun was probably telling the truth about his action (Jk), or he used a role block ability night one, because he expected/hoped Toast was able to confirm being blocked.
