I was going to let this pass in hope that it was taken as a joke, but after thinking about it, being PM'd about it, and deliberating with a more experienced mod, I can't in good conscience let it ride.

In Post 12, DeathNote has broken one of the setup specific rules by pretending to reveal the King.

The guard in the corner was pacing back and forth. He seemed to be getting agitated. This game of Russian Roulette that was being played was the last straw.

Everyone else was too busy deliberating as he hung the noose from a beam in the corner. The only sound the rest heard was the sound of the rope tightening up when he jumped off the table.

They all breathed a sigh of relief when they took off his mask to reveal that he was not the King.

Regarding Post 18, the personal attacks are noted.

In fact, people shouldn't even mention the king or outright defend him strongly because it could make it extremely obvious which player he is.

Wouldn't we out the king if we don't mention him?

Also, DN has a pretty good tell that can say more about his allignment. Will point it out if it gets shown.

I meant the comment was rude; that infighting amongst town is unhelpful; and that if players were unable to get along then I'd rather help remove the issue rather than let it disrupt the game. What did you think I meant?

I don't like where this line of questioning is heading and I will cut it off now.

DeathNote, himself, PM'd me asking me to delete the post. That alone made me realize that he purposely did something wrong, and that a modkill would have to occur.

There will be no further discussion of this subject.

It wasn't serious suspicion at all. Seriously, it was like post 23 of the game, how could I possibly have any real suspicions yet. Just responding to what had been said with another random vote. The reason I voted Badger and only FoS'ed DeathNote was that Badger voted you for but DeatNote only agreed without taking action.
