As for the game the best you can do at this point is put people on the honor system.
Have them name about 10 celebrities because some people and who there first pick may be obvious who they really are based on the celeb.

Anyone caught cheating gets the boot right away

Part of me wants to include a post restriction to each player so that it's not obvious based on what they say who they are.
Sarcasm is just a way of saying how stupid you think someone is but in a more polite way.
