You get 100 energy for the entire game (barring powers that say otherwise).

Had you used both your Drive and Insurance powers, you probably wouldn't have taken any damage this turn (depending on who you used drive on).

Just Insurance would have done it, actually. 20 damage from Fiery Day, and 20 damage from BS2000's attack.
