Btw, should I go check the wiki by myself or is it all good if I ask a little setup/meta -questions here?

For example the fact that the scumsters have a cop..is it a gag of some kind or is there any valid reason for it in a normal game?
And as far as I understand "complex", it just means that there are likely some weird roles about? Maybe tons of roles anyway? Some of them misleading?

If people absolutely dislike this kind of talk here, then fine, I'll go and read the wiki by myself some time, but I'd rather just here directly from the players how everyone views "normalcy" or "complexity" nowadays.

They might not know either

The point is that interfering with their results could logically have positive impact and my gut feeling is that Flavor Leaf of all people would notice this and never pass up on the novelty of trying to get mafia to think he is mafia
