So lil g was right about lane switching from Karthus/Teemo and Yasuo/Nasus
And I suck at Yasuo, after much deliberation it's probably obvious by now
And I love his PROJECT skin so much IDGAF and I'll still play him

Beat Maokai top with Wukong top earlier today. Got a double kill in lane, too. Also got doublebuffs. Twice.

do you have the 5x crit red+1x crit blue+2 ls quint setup in a separate rune page for yasuo?
else you might have problems
and if you're still doing the 3 points in E for the early game magic damage that got nerfed so you can't do it anymore

Language like this annoys me on principle - people can do what they want
just because something was nerfed and isn't optimal doesn't mean it's against the law
just suboptimal
that being said, no, I don't: I max Q first and put other points in W to reduce CD by the little bit
also no I don't have a crit page for Yas, maybe that's a big deal
I'll probably get on that after my jungle runes lol

people can do what they want but if you want decent performance you need to follow guidelines
you can hammer a nail with the butt end all you want it's not going to do much better than to use the end with the hammer head on it
the crit is only important 'cause it gets your shiv-IE crit to 100%
if you get triforce later (and some people do) then it's not a problem whether you hhave crit runes or no
but you really need the lifesteal runes

I'm fascinated that all these remarks are coming from the one clownfucks who goes around playing adc quinn and fiora.
I'm a hoot

as long as you're good, you can do whatever the fuck you want
if you have superhuman strength and precision and can hammer a nail with the butt end, do it and have fun doing it
but if you don't, seriously consider using the hammer end
(until you develop the strength and precision to use the butt end, if you so wish)

They didn't really affect anything. They and the LCS were/are 4.14 right now.
He does slightly less damage and his ult has slightly more counterplay. You were not picking him for damage and the counterplay was a good change.
and, if anything, Quinn and Fiora are amazing solo queue picks
honestly Fiora/Quinn pulls me more wins than other champions in solo queue
they do things that other champions can't
like
win lane very very early abusing high flat AD damage combined with armor pen runes
then use that advantage to snowball hard and fast and carry a game
sure, the counterplay is obvious
build a tidbit tanky and bring 1-2 hard cc and just squash the poor thing when it comes to try to hurt you
but guess what
the enemy team never counterplays you
especially the champions that you aren't laning against
also they're not at all popular champions and because of it you are assured two things
a) they won't change
b) they won't ever be banned/taken away from you
you can drool over Lucian or Maokai or Alistar all you want in the end it's just Riot's way of exploiting FotM to make people buy the world cup skin package and will be nerfed going into s4

Thresh into annie is kinda fine. You can't disengage from her, but you do get a very visible note on when to engage on her (i.e. no stun). If your adc does get stunned you can maybe boxsave them, but I dunno.
TBH the reason thresh into support annie is a good idea is because beyond 10 minutes thresh will have a much greater impact on the game (if you team does't hold hands and get flash-tibbers-ed).

Fair enough. Annie spent more time stunning me from brush and then I'd Flay Caitlyn away from Tristana - I didn't really get how they were working. But the Caitlyn had hella' pressure because it's a fucking Caitlyn and my Tristana admitted she doesn't ADC often and that Tristana wasn't familiar to her as a champion. Overall our team lost handily - poor Mordekaiser got camped by Vi (not his fault) but gave up 5-6 kills in-lane (his fault) and Nasus was flaming him for most of the game.
That and the 10-second "Attempting to Reconnect"s were fucking annoying. One of them, briefly post-laning before we surrendered, I was in our bot-side jungle with full health and as soon as I saw the overlay/loading bar I mashed right-click on our fountain (because it still tries to read input on a brief disconnect) and when I reconnected I was going up the path from blue in our bot-side jungle, being chased by Vi (and escaping because Mobis), with double-digit health. Was kinda funny actually.

Annie does better than thresh in lane and has equivalent presence in teamfights as far as cc presence. She has more damage, but her initiation isn't as good and she can't afford to build tankiness the same way thresh can.
Annie turns into a secondary apc / damaging peel bot, thresh turns into a heavy cc initiator tanky thing
Honestly in support battles the ADCs do matter. Annie Cait is a huge pressure lane and will just poke you to death with big AAs. Tristana scales a lot better, as does thresh, so picking up CS and waiting for ganks was the play you needed to make. If you're losing across the map though, that wasn't going to work (i.e. if morde just sat under the turret and didn't give up kills then you could carry).
As always though, skill will be a bigger factor than champions.

Get tear super early.
Use ryze q to farm / harass at a pace that doesn't make you go oom.
Use jayce e / q to harass at a pace that doesn't make you go oom.
That's about it, to be honest. Also, press all the buttons in teamfights. If you're in fountain healing as jayce, press q and e and w a lot for more stacks.
