4 shows the vote on Ghato. The posts that Ghato made that was included in BRO's catchup session was post #83, post #99 (vote), and two fluffs. Since he didn't show interest in post #83, if he voted Ghato, it must be for... post #99.

Therefore, my point that the game state of two reactions were practically same (Vote w/o explanation.)
