If we're gonna screw up the death chain we should have Kanna activate Klick because I think it's like 80% Klick and Kanna's gonna activate her switch eventually. The only problem that arises is if we think it's Ico, we screw up his switch
I mean I think Klick should kill Ico, I think right now I am comfortable with the plan.
Then we can talk it out after the flip. I think Ico has good scum odds from his day 1.
Then after that we slow down and talk about whether Kanna activates or we activate switches in the smaller group.
Like we do the plan and adjust after every action to keep us playing the game / not just autoing into a literal game loss.

i think we go in order. we can skip activating beeboys switch, but it gets real messy if we activate out of order and are wrong.

I am not saying to break the order, I just don't think Ico flipping town means we have to kill the big group.
We should pause and consider the small group.

afaik ive played in 3 games with hectic. i was scum and he was town in all three. town lost all three. now i play in a game hes modding and the game breaks on day 1. hes gotta be getting pretty frustrated. its not like im even very good at mafia.
