I actually kinda like the change to Recurve bow, and kinda to BC as well. Sure, the flat AD pen will be missed, but it settles the item into being purely about tank shredding. As for Recurve, it kinda makes it worth more than being a stepping stone to Runaan's (although that's pretty much all it builds to now, isn't it?
Also, those skins...just wow.
P-EDIT: That only really works if you have a fully stacked Focus when you R+Q otherwise you're just adding more slows until you get to full stacks.

Crit should just be like that by default. Rng is bad design, and it's been removed everywhere except for crit and gp's ult.

Hitting full focus is trivial, you can get it by Wing a minion wave.
Am I the only one who sees bc as a worse last whisper now? If I want to bust tank, lw will give me more pen to do that with, without having to stack it.
