Please correct if it there's an error.
It looks like crit marks are better than AD marks against frosted targets as early as level 1 (by 6 damage), and the difference increases from there.

He has some tricks you can learn.
1. Use his Q as an autoattack reset.
2. Use blind at a time that minimizes enemy damage. Fight enemies who rely on autoattacks to exploit this.
3. Use the attack speed burst from your passive (I'm really bad at this on Teemo).
4. If someone tries to chase you, make them follow you into your mushrooms, after which they should be slowed well enough for you to kite them.

Honestly the deeper in bronze you go the harder it is to win without a duo who is also good. I went 6-6 in bronze 3 at one point. Some of it was shananigans and some of it was a mixture of fatigue and inability to get ahead fast. The closer to silver you are though the easier it is to play right and win. I honestly think best bet in those bronze 3 and 4 games is to pick trynd or jax or yi and try to kill everyone.
