Eon Ticket allows you to go back to the island and get the other Lati@s. Only a few people started out with it and it is spread via Streetpass.

Keep it on at all times and it'll connect when you hop on the PSS - you get random Secret Bases, Mirage Spots, and other stuff from it. I try to always have it on when I'm at uni too, for reasons esu exemplifies.

AND you may want something to not suck shit when you're facing a Rock / Steel type. You're gonna do a LOT of False Swiping.
