if it doesn't have one i'm going based off of best fit. i will leave changes i make in summary, otherwise i have made every effort to preserve the roles as-is.

Thanksgiving patch says those are mod discretions now

If the description doesn't mention win con and there is no mod, assume it's town. If there is a mod for the game, it’s up to the mods discretion.
