For some reason I can't unlock my game thread, Mini 1333. I locked it by editing the first post and choosing to lock the thread, but the checkbox for locking/unlocking isn't there any more. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong / fix whatever breakage is responsible / unlock it themselves so that the game can at least start?

Don't worry, I found it. Pretty weird for the lock and unlock options to be in completely different places…

There's a couple of different ways to do both. You should be able to unlock by the Quick-mod tools or by editing/posting.

I can't unlock by editing (not the first post nor any other post), but I found the Quick-mod tools, which do work correctly.
