That's for persuading people as town. As far as scum hunting goes, again, I think you pressured well, your activity was up to speed so no one could hide from your questions, your analysis was great until you started second-guessing yourself. Not that you shouldn't take into consideration new arguments, but I have no advice on the balance of that, lol. That will just come with practice.
Also keep in mind people who are more familiar with other players and their tendencies. I'm pretty aware of my tendencies as town and can mimic them about 50% of the time (the other 50% is me being ignorant and terrible at scum
). People will use your tendencies against you but you can do the same to them once you start getting established with other players. Don't be afraid to trust someone'sreads but don't follow blindly, either. Demand answers and for people to take ownership of their actions. Those are the moments scum either shine or flail.I dunno, I could ramble on about my theories but they've never been tested. It's hard for me to give advice on that end when I wasn't town this game to draw on examples for, but I think you're on the right track if anything. Might be worth hearing from RC since he was pretty spot on.
