Look full disclosure time, thought a duppin scum flip woulda gave us a lotta breathing room.

Iron giant = coroner. We can target one dead player per day to learn their full role pm and take any items they possess.

It took me a while to even think to do it cuz I'm dumb, but I finally did it to the corpse of soren. What we learned:

1. There are 3 total scum (the role pm said he was xxx aligned with yyy and Zzz)

2. Team scum has 3 cans of gasoline and two matches. They can douse someone in gasoline once every 7 irl days. When a match is lit everyone that has been doused is burned2deth.

3. We took 2 ghost tapes from soren, thus iron giant now has 4 tapes to communicate with after we die and soren has 0.

SO

I deduced, incorrectly apparently, that duppin was scum because he claimed ownership of gasoline. I fvcked up.

I'd also want to point out that earlier players suggesting 3 scum might have been scum slipping but idk that's dicey and we see where me making assumptions got us already

We have a single match that we can strike at any time to light anyone doused in gasoline and kill them. Now that I think about it, this may actually be targeted rather than an ability that sets fire to everyone doused. Huh. Regardless, my partner and I both resolved never to use it, since we couldn't control the priming part of the kill.
We also have two blank 'ghost' tapes that allows us to send a message to a player after we die.
We are a 'Passive Human', which I think makes us town.
We were doused in gasoline on November 16th.
Someone threw a bucket of water on us on November 18th, which made the gasoline wash away.

I was given a match day 1. Let me look at the deets.

I'm a little confused here.

Scum were given 3 cans of gas and 2 matches.

Duppin was given a can of gas.

Edgar Allan Pro were given a match.

Yakko was given a match.

I'm pretty sure that any match will light everyone that was already doused.

Delenn were given a bucket of water to either wash off the gas any time after dousing or to put out one fire within 24 hours of it being lit.

That's 4 possible burns and 1 possible save.

I think there should be more waters and fewer matches.


Anyway, the Delenn vote is on Yakko today.

No. It can put out a match or remove doused 24 hours after.

That being said according to IGs PM, scum can douse every seven days. That means we have one week from the flip to a lynch done.

Yakkoo or us must be scum or there would be more yakko votes. Let's make a choice.

Likewise, the effect of being lit instantly killed you, correct?

Because the secondary team I was wondering about was Edgar/Titus, and I know you're not going to like me second-guessing Delenn, but I don't understand why Titus hasn't bit on literally

this game, bar 'clearing' Edgar. I also don't understand how they can claim to remove the effect of a player being lit within 24 hours, when the effect appears to be instant. (I also feel a bit confused by the other part of their claim, and it comes across to me that they claimed to be able to 'wash' someone to remove the Doused Effect within 24 hours at first, then switched to saying they could remove the Dousing effect at any time.)

(If the Delenn hydra wants to clarify again, that'd be cool, and it might save us some trouble.)

Really, the only reason I'm not death tunneling Delenn right now is because I just don't understand how we could only have one protective roles this game with up to four kills going around, three of which are scum aligned. :/

But at the same time, HiY really isn't great and....ehhhhhhh. The other is bugging the crap out of me right now.

I guess the Reviver counts as a particularly strong protective role, all things considered....MOHIS could have revived two people by now, I suppose, and they'd be either confirmed Town, or all but confirmed, depending on the person.

I am 95% sure it's Yakko and Suzune because Edgar is clear thanks to Klingon's action and LQ head looks really town all things considered. By PoE, Suzune and Yakoo must be scum.

It's not that I've been ignoring this game. It's that I have been paying attention to other games and got disheartned when iron giant died after he proclaimed me guilty. But I'll at least try to win for town so I can say I did my best and all that jazz.

I think it is edgar. The douse + match light happened almost immidiately with iron but not with edgar. I was thinking that the town sounds particularly strong with coroner, reviver, bucket water, vig. So I was thinking delen might be lying but why tie yourself to edgar like that. Idk it just seems like a lot of hard work to me. But mostly very risky. Is delen the type to make risky plays? Edgar hasn't been posting either so eh. That is jist my current theory.
