You'll notice on the tail-end that I try to jerrymander with the setup analysis and desperately try to avoid getting lynched at all costs. McStab is doing exactly what I did there to a tee.

That's why it's such an obvious tell to me. I did the exact same things myself. Literally, you're going to look at the last Day or two and see "wow, McStab's trying to do the same exact shit yabb did there".

Strawman. The real argument is that I was so obviously doing this for selfish means, trying to screw around with setup analysis, trying to beg people like PaltryExcuse to avoid voting for me, everything. There I was in a tight corner - I didn't have much room to run since a Tracker was alive and confirming people, closing the dragnet on me, so I was doing everything I could to avoid it, that's a selfish lynch avoidance. I know the motives are the same way around, nobody wants to get lynched, but there I knew it was an instant loss if I got nailed.

Well, Charter, Eidolon, and Rapidcanyon are the only ones who aren't basically confirmed town. And Gutter (now Rapidcanyon) was my top choice to kill yesterday. Either we jailed the right person last night, or the SK no killed in order to throw us off. Either way, Gutter's slot is still the most likely to be the SK, based on our discussions yesterday, and there's no way to know without killing Rapidcanyon. As to the idea of no killing last night... Leaving me alive when the SK could kill me is unimaginably stupid. I could have easily returned today with a SK read on the right target. Therefore, I must conclude that the SK attempted to kill me and could not. We're just waiting on Peabody to tell us who he locked up, I suppose.
