Game aside, depression sucks. I know what it's like to be depressed. But don't let it defeat you. Do everything you can to conquer it.

I start Day treatment today. Its going to be mon-fri 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Its suppose to go for 3 weeks and then I get transferred to the next day treatment that isn't as intense. Yes, this is for depression.

Regardless I'm sorry to hear that you have depression - maybe dropping out of all your games is a good choice.

Therapy is proven to be beneficial, as well as antidepressants so you should try them out - if this one doesn't work don't be afraid to try different ones, most importantly take care of yourself.
