this reads to me like eagerness to kill someone not yet suspicious
whether it's early bandwagoning or not is besides the point i was trying to make
okay, and I assume then from this that you find the eagerness to lynch someone scummy? right?

You know what you are right. I just noticed it more with you because you have more posts. CC could do with picking it up.

There is nothing wrong with following anyone but it is easier to fit in that way which is what scum want. You have posted more than the average player so far in the game and all your posts have been following of some kind. Something I note.

Is this how you normally play? Jump on the biggest wagon etc?

Okay that sounds reasonable enough. I think fitting in is only one part of a a scum gameplay and there are other equally important issues, but I get your point for the most part.

Is that the impression I give off? idk really. I'm not going to jump on a wagon just for the sake of it, most of the time, however early in the game then yeah, it's a good way to pick things off. I don't really know how i'd define how I normally play though, can't self evaluate very well.

HEY.

HEY.
Eh I don't like Riddick echoing hoopla and following Spy. Sure it's only page two but a little original thought would be nice.
Following Spy is always the right answer. Come on now.

I would love a response to that though.

Three votes isn't much of a wagon. Especially when we need 7(?) to lynch.

SpyreX's disapproval of other votes seems like a blatant attempt to control our Day One lynch.

At this point in the game, there were two votes already placed - I find it highly unusual that the next four votes
all
hit different targets.

I'm sick of winter.
The last two votes I am most suspicious of, if only because they are newer players who might be a bit more sensitive to bandwagoning. Were they truly random? I doubt it - there are better odds of one of them hitting an already voted player if they voted randomly. This implies to me they may be wanting to avoid attention early on and follow site culture, which is generally an indication of newness or a weak scumtell.

~~

Then suddenly, the game spins on it's head and small wagons start forming.
Hoopla wrote:Sotty, that was so predictable. I'm a little disappointed.

Here is the first event, which seems mostly jokey and lighthearted. This is hard to analyse, due the playstyles of myself and SpyreX being open to wagoning, and Riddick seeming the same way. This thought is proven true, by how quickly it falls apart when more genuine reasoning starts surfacing. Riddick and sidekick come into the spotlight now;
DisgruntledSean wrote:

i don't know if you're bandwagoning exactly,
but a bit eager to lynch
Weak reasoning - a bit of a stretch to classify as eager for a lynch. Sean, is this your first mafia game here? Have you played anywhere else?
Sotty7 wrote:Eh I don't like Riddick echoing hoopla and following Spy. Sure it's only page two but a little original thought would be nice.

Unvote, Vote: Riddick
This vote is sound, and is a valid point. Although Riddick's activity and attempts to push the game forward seem more town than anything.

~~

The sidekick wagon, which has grown at the same time as Riddick's is a lot weaker in my opinion. It all stemmed from this question;
SpyreX wrote:If you found something you thought was actually WORTH noting as a scum manuever, why would you leave your vote on a random?

Unvote, Vote: Sidekick
I think it's debatable that Sidekick even found something scummy - she pointed something;
Sidekick wrote:
Riddick wrote:

Is dat sum bandwagoning I smell?
This was not insisted as scummy, although it likely had that air about it. Perhaps she did find it scummy, then would have felt like a hypocrite jumping on a bandwagon to support her views. :P

Riddick then parrots SpyreX;

Budja does too, which makes me uneasy. I don't see him as the type to commit to such an early degree of certainty. I also don't see a wagon like this spawning from merely one (unsubstanciated) point, developing on scum rather than town. My early guess is one of these three is scum.

Sidekick and Sotty are probably town.

Riddick is town, at least in my early D1 reads.

SpyreX, what's your case on Budja? It's serious? Because it looked like an early D1 joke. Point on Sidekick is weak but at least a point. Point against Budja seems like joke made from far-fetched thoughts. Why do you think you should be voting him, instead Sidekick? Just because Sotty told you to?

To be clear, it was intended as light hearted hence the purposely poor use of english.
Riddick wrote: can u smell what the rock is cooking?

on a more serious note, why did you ask that question? do you think i'm bandwagoning, and if i am what does it mean? more likely to be town or scum or is it null?
I couldn't tell you whether or not it makes you more likely to be scum or town. There are too many factors, in this situation? Still hard to say.

Yeah I find him scummy, I wasn't going to just move my vote after you pointed him out to me though. Your reaction to my pressure does feel pretty town however.

This paragraph is really confusing. When did I ever vote Budja? Or more to the point, when did I ever say anyone should vote for him?
