Jeep, I changed my e-mail and I never received an activation e-mail. I can't log in because my account is 'inactive.' I sent you an e-mail (according to the e-mail on the memberlist) from my new e-mail.
I am no longer having problems logging on. However, my fiance was attempting to register an account on here, and it will not let her. It keeps giving her the same error message described in the "Registration Troubles?" thread. We have tried setting up an account from various different computers...and have no been able to get it to work yet. Is there anything else we can try?

EDIT: According to Stark, he's already tried clearing his cookies and it hasn't helped.

I've been have some difficulty logging in and staying logged in lately. Usually after I preview a post, if I go to try to post it, I have to relogin. And sometimes after I login, I immediately and automatically get logged out and go right back to the main page.
I suspect it might be something on my end- new computer + new Internet connection, but in case anyone else was having the same problem?

I have that problem at work, and I assume it's related to a webfilter/proxier. I use Select All+Copy before trying to post anymore, if it's going to take more than ~20 minutes (the problem only seems to occur when I don't load a page from MS in a longish period of time).
Clearing cookies hasn't helped. I think the best I've been logged in for 30 seconds at best, and sometime I get logged out instanteously (I'll log in, and instead of the page I'm trying to view loading, I'll get immediately kicked out to the login page again.). And when that happens I nervous trying again because of the whole doing a repeated failed action thing...
I've gotten it a few times (of course. I seem to be the magnet for bad things to happen.)
I've gotten rid of it by clicking the keep me logged in/remember button (or something like that.) Now, the only problem is I can't do that in school for security reasons.)
None of that had helped, but whatever it was seems to be in remission now. I think it was something with my connection or computer, both of which are new, and hopefully it's sorted out now... <knocks on wood>

As 'Talitha' I tried to change my email address on my profile, also make it hidden. I got the emailer php bug message and now I can't log in as Talitha at all.

You were deactivated. I'm not sure why it would deactivate you for doing that; probably related to the admin-activation thing for registration. I activated you last night, just forgot to post.
Btw, I get emails every time someone registers or is deactivated, so if you edit your profile and find that you are unable to log in, I'll reactivate you as soon as I check. (Send me a message or post here though, in case it's something else.)

What URL is being used? (Please give me the complete URL.) RJ should be able to post in Help! as guest, so direct answers are preferred. Also, I might be available via IM.
What OS/Browser?
Also, less than three character names will soon be disallowed, so RJ might want to think about what it should change to, if 'e wants to be able to seach for posts. RJ's posts are unsearchable.
