my playstyle involves gambits which we have not really seen, and in my current game I have been on the passive side of my play

it's based on algebraic chess notation; every symbol used here has a direct meaning when used in chess annotation that's close to equivalent to its use as a tone/explanatory marker listed in that post. like many things, started as a joke by an alter and became seriously used by several of us through impetus alone

We just revamped the Queues, so the Newbie queue was broken up into other ones. Check out the Normal or Open queue, that's where we have shifted games that might be up your alley to shake the rust off.
