inHimshallibe was ready for bedtime. And, he was ready to read his favoritest book in the whole wide world -

The Big Bedtime Book of Animal Stories

. He flipped the book open to a story he had never read before. . .

Animals, it is your job to finish my story. I'll keep track of all the technical stuff, like reading the pages; you all just play it out. Oh yeah. One other thing. In this story. . . the animals are pretty violent. Some are out to kill in the night, and a mob forms each morning to hang the most suspicious. Now. Let's make this worthy of a Caldecott Medal!

This story does have some guidelines.

Rules :

1. Votes must be in

2. As this is my first game, I will

3. To lynch a fellow animal, a simple majority of votes of players alive is required. (12 alive = 7 to lynch) Once a majority is reached, unvotes will NOT be counted. If I deadline the day, 1/3 votes of the number of players alive will be required. (12 alive = 4 to lynch). When deadline reaches without either of these totals, no lynch occurs. If two players are tied for votes at deadline, whoever arrived at that total first will be lynched.

4.You may vote: no lynch – majority votes of this kind are necessary to end the day without a death.

5. The game is not to be discussed outside of the thread unless your role specifically states that you may do so.

6. If you’re lynched – stop talking. If you were killed in the night – you are only allowed one more post. However, the post must either be “Bah.” “Oh, snap.” or “Golly Gee Whillakers.” No exceptions will be made.

7. Don’t edit/delete previously submitted posts.

8. Don’t quote any PMs from me.

9. If you have a night choice to make, it is due by the posted deadline. I will not wait for you – if you do not submit a choice to me, tough! No choice will be made.

10. If you anticipate being unavailable for more than a 48-hour period, please post a notice to that effect in the thread. I won’t kill you, but they might. Within 96 hours of no word from you, I will begin hunting for a replacement.

inHim waited for Mom to come turn his lamp on. Then, he pulled out his book and opened it up to the first page of the story. . .

The night was cool and clear as

strolled to his favorite midnight snack area. The night was also cool and clear as

chaotic_diablo

followed someone. Well, it happened to be the same night, and chaotic_diablo was indeed trailing meaning of life 42. Rising in the moonlit sky, chaotic_diablo poised for his attack. He waited until the panda reached the edge of the forest. Then divebombing in, he struck meaning of life 42 in the back right kneecap. The bear fell to the ground. chaotic_diablo started hammering away, until his target had been eliminated. He heard a rustle in the bushes as he gloated over his kill. He looked up, and was immediately struck on the side of the head.

As the animals gathered that morning, they found a dead meaning of life 42, along with a mess of feathers and a beak.

The phrase 'RAWR!' is not a tell, and if mafia were to produce tells (which they would go out of thier way not to), they would be a lot more subtle.

Alright. I'm going to be gone for an entire week, I am being an Outdoor Ed cabin leader, which is a program they allow high school students to do, go away for a week in like a cabin type thingy and learn about the outdoors. I'm gonna be in charge of about 13 10-year olds. Anyways, i'm leaving monday jan 31 and coming back friday feb 4, im going to be able to post on friday at around 3 PST.
