Welcome to the Town. It is a colorless place, with bland people, and boring events. Surrounded by fog, nothing interesting ever happens in the Town. Until now.
Last night, someone died. It could have been anyone really, and it certainly didn’t matter much, except for the fact that they died. No one ever dies in the Town.
Clearly something is wrong. Clearly the Town has been infested. Infested with something sinister. Something…anti-town.
Go, do what you can to stop the Mafia from destroying your precious Town. Return it to its rightful status—boring and lifeless—lest it be consumed by the dark intentions of the Mafia.

0. I am the mod, and therefore I have the right to change, modify, or arbitrate as I see fit. As a mod, I will make it my goal to be as just, consistent and not-arbitrary as possible.
1. Do not discuss the game outside of the thread unless your role specifically allows it, and then only in the manner allowed in your PM. Similarly, do not quote any outside communications (this includes role PMs).
2. If you have any questions or spot any errors, PM me or post in

. I will be searching the thread for bolded text, so please refrain from using it outside votes and mod communication.3. If I need to modkill anyone, that player will become a Neutral Survivor and lose the game. Also, any modkill will either end the day or not depending on what is most detrimental to their faction. I do not want to use this power, so do not make me.

.9. When you are dead, you are dead. Bah posts are silly.
10. Once a majority is reached, the game enters “twilight.” Unvoting at this point will not stop the lynch, however all players may talk until I have locked the thread and posted a death scene.
11. Please follow general mafia rules regarding posts: no secret code, no invisible text, and absolutely no editing posts.
Activity and Deadlines
12. Game days will last 2 weeks, with an extension for exceptional circumstances.
13. Night phases last 3 days, no exception.
14. Lurking is not a viable strategy, and as such you are expected to post regularly. After 48 hours without posting, you will be prodded. Another day without posting after that is a forced replace. I will only prod a player once. Please notify me if you expect to be V/LA.
Sportsmanship
15. Ad hominem & personal attacks are not acceptable. I am not your babysitter and will not actively watch for ad hom, but if a player complains of inappropriate behavior I will take the request very seriously. Please play nice.
16. Have fun. This is a game, of course.
