PS: If you don't believe me, look for someone to dispute Krusty. There are many more evil characters than Krusty on Simpsons. I'm not a fan and I can think of *5* off the top of my head.
I'm sorry that we cannot verify the info I provided. I have/had the ability to visit anyone's house (in my clown car... nice flavor, Mod) to see if that person is Sideshow Bob. If it is, I'm a vig. Otherwise (for now and the rest of the game), I'm just a simple vanilla townie.

I'm assuming you don't understand what I mean by a safe claim. I'm not looking for anyone to dispute your Krusty claim. I believe that you could be Sideshow Bob and the mod gave you the role of Krusty as a safe claim, meaning no one else in the game has it.

Also, you come via a clown car? I thought it was through the TV set.

There's a lot to consider here. Most importantly is that there were only 2 kills last night. So unless the doc got lucky, then if LML is telling the truth there is only 1 scum group. Again if LML is telling the truth, then he had an

extremely

powerful role. LML, you want us to believe that you had the ability to "smoke out" a member of a scum group (not a SK working along but a member of perhaps the only scum group in the game) without any fear of hurting a townie? So, each night you could investigate someone .... if you happen to be right, great! If you happen to be wrong, no big deal!?! Very, very odd.

So, what are we left with? We have a person who has claimed to a killing and his defense is shaky. If he is telling the truth, then he has no special abilities that we would be losing if we lynched him. If he isn't telling the truth, then we have hit scum. It is unlikely that we will get a better candidate for lynching today.

A) I know what a safe claim is... but do you think, in a mini, there would be a scum with a safe claim? I doubt it.

B) I basically told you that I am being televised on everyone's TV. I am Krusty. The most popular television show in Springfield.

I'll tell you this... let me live tonight. See if there's ever another kill in that same fashion (that is, of course, unless the mafia can mask kills). It won't happen.

Mod, please forgive me if this gets a bit close to role quoting.

My role IS an extremely powerful role. I'm a oneshot vig for a certain scum member, Sideshow Bob. The drawback, however, is that due to my Television persona, I will be apparent at everyone's house, due to the nature of my television show.

I do, however, travel around in my clown car every night in search of my former partner, Sideshow Bob, who I know is a member of the scum group. If I find him, I vig him. Otherwise, nothing happens. But, I'm still at risk for being seen by the watch.

Basically, the way to offset my powerful role is exactly this - I would probably get lynched the second I got caught searching for someone. I got lucky. I hit on scum.

Look. Lynch me, lynch against the town. I did my job already. I eliminated one of the scum. That's really all I have to say about that.

Wow. You know, I really feel kind of bad for you now. Not only do you get a nasty description of death ("brutally stabbed" is hardly vig-like), you have the bad luck to have your first kill seen by the watch on someone who no one else targeted, AND, as if those weren't enough (there's no way you could have bought yourself more than a day), the mod changes certain things and disrupts your already stretched claim. The only thing to do now is

Firstly, I greatly apologize for not posting thus far in the thread. I completely missed the game starting. If you'll check my other games, I

never

have the intention to troll, even when I'm scum.

Secondly, LML's claim is pretty hard to believe. I also have a fairly standard role, and something that farfetched doesn't sit quite right with me. Plus the whole MoS thing, yeah, ok, it's pretty obvious he's scum.

Again, sorry for not being active. If there's anything you'd like me to comment on, I'd love to do so, otherwise, you'll hear much more from me Day 2 (should I be alive, of course).

BrianMcQueso, I think you may have missed a bit of the issue. It went something like this:

-Mastermind of Sin died. His death read "Mastermind of Sin - Mafia (Brutally stabbed night 1)" (or something like that).
-halfpint claims neighborhood watch with now-perished Narninian, and they saw LoudmouthLee in Mastermind of Sin's house. No one else was seen.
-LoudmouthLee claims he was at everyone's house. No explanation is given for why Mastermind of Sin died.
-He quickly claims Krusty afterwards. He says he broadcasts into all houses.
-He then says each night, he looks for Sideshow Bob and kills him if he finds him. (Side note: I'm pretty sure this role has been seen before- Hobbit Mafia had one against Smaug unless I'm mistaken. Smaug died Night One, though, so it didn't matter. In any case, I found the roleclaim plausible.)
-The mod updates the first post, so that part of it now reads "Mastermind of Sin - Nelson Muntz - Mafia (Brutally stabbed night 1)".

LoudmouthLee gives himself up (apparantly as a Serial Killer), apologizing to the scum and in general being flamboyantly anti-town, now that he's been revealed without doubt. There's way, way more than an iffy roleclaim against him.
