I've successfully played it on turns 5-7 a few times, and the opponent scoops right away.

Example: Vs. Titans, big creatures isn't the only answer!

It's really pretty, and very fast. I haven't run into any glitches, but it certainly did take me an entire day to get used to it. At first I hated what they were doing until I started getting the logic behind it. It DOES feel like they merely upgraded an 80s interface design to a 90s interface design, things are still convoluted, and huge collections can slow it down temporarily before you filter, but I'd say as it stands, I would take this over the old one because of the little automation improvements (especially in the way decks are handled).

-2 Treasure Mage (gilded lotus costs 5)
+x Acidic Slime (+ deadeye = oh hey you have no more lands)
+x ??? (???)

Jade Mage is standard for another three months, and is a mana sink when I need to stall (and a wincon). Treasure Mage was a typo, likely becoming Tower Geist or Silklash Spider, with the other in the sideboard.

So here's a deck I'm thinking about, since I wanted a modern deck and I have a bunch of the cards already:

24x Swamp

4x Bloodghast
4x Gravecrawler
4x Butcher Ghoul
4x Geralf's Messenger
4x Blood Artist
4x Smallpox
4x Smother
4x Geth's Verdict
4x Inquisition of Kozilek

SB:
4x Duress
4x Black Sun's Zenith
4x Doom Blade
3x Nihil Spellbomb

Inquisition instead of Thoughtseize for budget reasons, and no Liliana for the same reason, but the deck still feels "off" to me. Anybody with some insight?
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

heals + tokens + stuff like Builder's blessing Seems like it would stop you entirely.
Dunno if anybody runs that though.

Saw that on Reddit, thought it'd be hilarious to actually pull off.

I honestly think the deck could work.I have two slots open right now from Treasure Mage that I'm likely filling with a 4th Faithless and a single Llanowar Elves.

First you want fetchs for bloodghasts. but that could be a budget issue.

Like most aggro decks, you get rolled by Martyr-Proc. How do you deal with KarnTron or Tron'd out Iona? Is duress/inquisition enough against Storm? How do you deal with Spltiner twin/Melira combo? I don't see you racing Affinity either. You fold to loam(outside of nailing all 3 seismic assaults with inquisition). Jund just outclasses you.

I would be worried about Martyr-Proc if anybody played it. I've actually changed up the decklist somewhat since posting this to run more discard and Land D, which helps against Tron, since I can destroy the Tron pieces and force-discard Expedition Maps. I haven't played against Storm, but like I said, I'm now running Inquisition/Duress/Raven's Crime/Rotting Rats, which should hopefully give me some life. Splinter Twin usually doesn't play many creatures, so sac effects usually work well against them. Same with Melira combo, but in either case, there isn't much I can do when they go off. Against Jund, Inquision and Smother hit a lot of stuff, and Ghost Quarter wrecks their mana since they run very few basics.

I've become addicted to Pauper on MTGO. Built three decks today: G/W Slivers, G/B Madness, and U/R Dragonauts. Won two 2-man queues with Dragonauts already.

Going to my first constructed event at my LGS with my roommate. I'll report back later with results. Probably going to get stomped, but at least it gives me practice for the upcoming Game Day.

Worst-case, this deck fails miserably in every way possible and I just decide to troll on Game Day with my Primal Surge deck. <_<

So, I have 80% of a competitive dredge deck, I'm just missing Lion's Eye Diamond and City of Brass (the latter which I'll just pick up easy). Why is LED almost $100 x.x

But why one? You can't fetch it? Why not just put something else in the slot if you're not going for consistency?

Because having one is better than not having any? There's no harm in having it, since it's a huge boon if he hits it, and no real loss if he doesn't. There's also very little other options for land for consistency without messing with his mana base rather heavily.

What BV said.

Possibly grabbing 3 more within the week, need to do math on how much money I'm spending this weekend/other stuff.

Also considering grabbing some Dragonskulls and an Aristocrat, running a Conscripts over Golem or Demon for the 5-drop.
