I don't want to be mislynched, of course, but Town can still win Day 3.
Scum is between Hoopla and Voidedmafia.
Cogito Ergo Sum has been rock solid on wanting me lynched despite all my jabbing at him. Maybe I'm just not good enough to shake him as scum, but he hasn't even batted a proverbial lash at all my jibes. As scum, I'd have expected him to sheep my Hoopla case and set me up for the final mislynch. If he was the scum, he'd recognize the bad position he's creating for himself by pushing my mislynch and I'd expect him to at least waver a little bit, or try to set up some kind of backdoor out.
mafia-n00b seems genuinely confused and wanting to get things right. Not voting Hoopla when I pushed him to argues for him as town as well. He could have easily justified coming in behind me with his own previous scum read on Hoopla and not had to worry about defending his stance. Waiting to see if Cogito Ergo Sum would switch, or if Voidedmafia would make the L-1 vote looks to me like continued scumhunting if Hoopla
is
, after all, town. Also, not making the vote while Voidedmafia and Hoopla weren't saying much was a way to make sure discussion remained open. Plus, he doesn't think I'm scum, but it doesn't have any feel of being buddied.
I still think the connections between Hoopla and Jackal711 are undeniable. I'd like to hear Hoopla's answer regarding those connections and hope she is forced to answer that. I don't quite know how to feel about her silence for most of this Day. Confirmation bias insists she's just walking soft and trying to find the right niche to set-up for a win now that she's facing 4 v 1. Still my preferred lynch for today.
Voidedmafia is another story. Obviously, I don't like his vote on me. I want to know what happened to his supposed scum read on mafia-n00b. For some reason, it just dropped clear away. Also, I detect some laying down of plans for Day 3 from him. If he really believed I'm scum, he shouldn't have to be worrying about that. If he really doesn't, he shouldn't be putting me at L-1 with over a week to go based on needing to compromise. That smacks of pushing for an easy target. After all my carping against Hoopla, it seems probable she might hammer me even if she's town. That would make Voidedmafia manipulating scum.
