Okay, either TheShadow is scum, or spitfarvle is. I really don't see them being scum together anymore.

My town read between the two is still on TheShadow, plus the unwillingness to unvote now makes me think he's really bad town.

At the time of posting 169, you and splitfarvle were pretty much tied, but your post 175, and re-assessment of your D3 posts puts you ahead of him. The fact that you seem unwilling to even consider TheShadow as scum bothers me.

The manager comes in to see how the deliberations are going, as is surprised to find splitfarvle fast asleep. He tries to rouse him, but fails. "Huh," he says, "I didn't realize narcolepsy was catching." He looks at the clock. "Well, it's not 'official' time to see if we can get him replaced, but the hotel owner said whatever it takes to keep the customers entertained..." "Great news! A bike-riding sword swallower was just waiting for his chance to perform! He'll be here any minute. Goes by the name of funkybike1. Make sure to make him feel welcome!"

One thing I should say is that we shouldn't try to rush things.
I did notice something interesting, however.

If TheShadow is town, he would have had no reason to vote, and then simply follow it up with "the vote is on scum" rather than making a case.
There were nearly TWO DAYS between the vote and unvote, which is plenty of time for a quickhammer.
Scum did not quickhammer.
Therefore, TheShadow must be scum.

After TheShadow voted, there was a quite predictable response from Xalxe. Shadow followed this up not by unvoting, but by simply stating that he believed that split was scum. Shadow certainly knows the risks of leaving a stray vote out in lylo, so why would he have ever done this as town?

In other words, Shadow, if he is town, was willing to risk the game with a meaningless lurker vote at lylo. He himself admitted that nearly his entire case was for lurking! He knew the risks - so why did he do that? The only possible answer is that he is scum.

I'll wait to give TheShadow a chance to respond before voting, but it will take a lot to make me think this was simply an honest mistake.

The main one is the fact that the game's still going. If split/you were town, scum would have hammered by now. There was 36 hours between my initial vote and the unvote when you replaced in. Plenty of time for one to vote and another to hammer.

If you are town, then scum deserve to lose because I handed them a textbook LyLo auto-win and they didn't use it.

@Everyone:The scum could also have been suspicious that it was a trap. Seeing as scum cannot co-ordinate during the day, they may have been afraid that with a long enough time between their two votes, TheShadow could pulled the rug out from under the first voter and unvote.

Also, I'd like to note that I'm feeling a bit unwell lately. I think I can play thorough it here, though, and I wouldn't want to put someone new in at this stage of the game.
