At least you understand that your argument is so bad that it's indefensible. The only thing I'm wondering is what your angle is.

You and Gorck can't both be scum. Yet you're both acting (apparently intentionally) anti-town. Gorck has already been discussed at length. Then you come in, throw down a terrible case, and fold like a bad hand of poker at the first sign of questioning. If it was possible for two scum to be left, then I'd suspect both of you.

I can see scum motivation for Gorck: he called the scumteam as "Delta/Fae" and then a few posts later (when support for a Fae lynch grew), he suddenly got cold feet on Fae and tried to direct votes onto me. Surprise surprise, Fae flipped scum. That makes sense because he tried to bus too late then got tripped up in an attempt to clean up the mess. But you, I don't get it. If you were scum, it would make more sense for you to jump on Gorck.

I said, and I quote: "Gorck: he called the scumteam as "Delta/Fae" and then a few posts later (when support for a Fae lynch grew), he suddenly got cold feet on Fae and tried to direct votes onto me"

Explain which part of that sentence is incorrect.

Gorck, you're probably not going to understand what I'm getting at in that last post so let me to explain it to you. I honestly hope for your sake that playing dumb is a part of your scumgame here.

I never said that you jumped from Fae to me. I said that you called the scumteam as Delta/Fae, which you did. There's no denying that. Then, shortly after, support for a Fae lynch rose. Then you refused to vote Fae, who you just recently called scum, and tried to direct votes onto me. None of that is false so there's no use in trying to deny this.

Other than Gorck's overall unhelpful play, it's exactly what I described above: Fae made an incredibly scummy remark, so Gorck called Delta/Fae as a scumteam, but when Fae started to get votes soon after, he decided to break from that (explicitly decide not to vote for Fae despite calling Fae scum) and push for my lynch instead. Then Fae flips scum. Conclusion: Gorck tried to bus but didn't commit 100%.

That's where I said Delta/Fae because you were saying TORO/FAE because Toro was getting prodded. Fae and Glork were the two I was considering with you, swap your wrong one with my right one. Boom.

YOU waffled on bussing Fae. YOU had been calling HIM scum and voting ME.

I missed a couple of pages, hurm.

Okay, I'm going to want to look back at a couple things to see if I get a vibe on anyone.
Currently not really feeling the Gorck case, I'll admit.

I consider myself obv. town (as should everyone else) and Glork fairly highly likely town.
I want to slap a few more names into that list.
Should have time to read up and be functional no later than Monday. 17+ hour work day is Sunday, so while I *might* do it then...I have doubts.

Decent chance that will happen.
But I do want to read the game first - you know I rarely get to use a hammer since I'm usually wagon leading, and I hate to mess with my current numbers of win mjolnirings.

This game man.

We've got Gorck, who has tunneled nearly exclusively on me for ages and actively refused to participate in discussion. He called the scumteam as "Delta/Fae", but when Fae started getting votes shortly after, he mysteriously pulled back on his Fae read and tried to funnel votes onto me. Then, what a shock, Fae flipped scum, revealing Gorck's cold feet in his bus attempt. Simple: he tried to bus, realized that his buddy was about to die, then frantically tried to get votes onto me but it was too late.

Then we've got CES, who shows up, jumps on Gorck's side and actively refuses to defend his argument at the first sign of questioning.

Now we have Thor, who hasn't read the thread but already decided that there's a decent chance he'll follow Gorck and CES for some reason I can't even begin to comprehend.

SURE IS PRO-TOWN IN HERE

You know what the biggest kick in the ass would be? If Glork, who's certainly the most pro-town player here along with myself, turned out to be scum. I would literally fall out of my chair laughing if we've got three townies who apparently confused Open 433 for their special ed class.

Is there some other meaning to "I want to read the game first" that I'm not aware of?

It's stuff like this which is why I hate the Gorck wagon and am considering you a more likely hammer.
How about you read the post before that one...y'know, when I first said I needed to read stuff and that I only might do it today (and, indeed, in the post you're quoting I'm even referencing my previous post).
Or, y'know, prove you have recall of posts made basically 24 hours ago.

In short: derp on you, and, yeah, I'm going to go read stuff and now will be thinking scummy thoughts about you far more than Gorck when i do and apparently I'm deciding vote so...awesome.

Thor, you have to be kidding me.

I said: "Now we have Thor, who hasn't read the thread but already decided that there's a decent chance he'll follow Gorck and CES for some reason I can't even begin to comprehend."

Which part of this statement is false? You said that you had a decent chance of hammering me, and in that same post, you said you wanted to read the thread first. Do you deny this?

That's what you were accusing me of in 317?

Not that I hadn't read the thread - but that I needed to do my scum isos but had a desire to lynch you in my head - and that made me terribly anti-town?
Feels like you're both fine parsing and back-tracking here.

Oooh! Oooh!

I can play the parsing game too!

@Dleta - why don't you tell me which part of this post is incorrect and why you responded to it like you did instead of "I don't mean you haven't read the game at all, I think it's dumb you're going into reading up on scum with a preconceived notion in your head"?
