Having said that, I'm still having a lot of trouble seeing Sala as anything but scum. If you don't think he is, please give arguments for that position.

Last I checked your case was built on one post and a gut read from that one post, to which you couldn't even identity what exactly it was that made you think I was scum.

How you think I could be anymore a relevant lynch than Sal, I do not understand.

Well, that's a problem, as I've already explained that Sal is obviously town.

Salamence is Town because he was pushing for a PL on Venrob when, if he's scum, the easiest option for him is to keep him around to LyLo and hope he screws up. He also finds me suspicious at one point, but sticks to a Venrob PL over a me lynch.

The problem with this argument, is that if you think someone's a VI, they're dangerous to you no matter

what

alignment you are. So the choice to policy lynch one could come from either alignment.

In a larger game that's not an issue, but when a mislynch puts you in LyLo, to push for it so strongly is scummy. Let's say we all agreed "Oh yeah Venrob's a VI let's lynch him." D1 is over in 5 or 6 posts, and we're in LyLo with no reads or discussion at all. That's much worse than having a VI in LyLo. AND, Sala signed up for the game

knowing

that Venrob was in it. Do you think he signed up with the intention of pushing the policy lynch?

Having said that, Salamence has been at L-1 since post 186, and everyone who's not on his wagon has already posted without hammering. So if we're at a standstill, let us know. That means:

yes I think they are overlooking minerlas for the most part yet not in a scummy way(which you are kinda hinting at). It looks more like town focused on their top suspects

I have not seen anything scummy from him; already explained why the pl was not scummy(but we disagree on that), his wagonjump with the claimpush looked more like triggerhappy town than scum looking for a quicklynch or rolefishing, and overall his posts give off townvibes.

If you are asking me to choose regardless of townreads it would be sala. Disturbed will be tougher to mislynch and with salamence out of the picture saulres can focus on actual scum.

Guys, like this is like a maze. I've had to envision reads I've been bouncing in my head, and I still see Minerals as fairly scummy, but with kind of meh play, Disturbed is on balance null .
I made a diagram for the game's suspect reads down below for keeping mental facts straight, and the idea of Salamencetown vs. Salamencescum is interesting to relate to it--he strongly relates to several while being kept at a distance in relation to those furthest at the top in the diagram.

: I am stepping in to announce that I'm okay with myself being the hammerer of Salamence.
Salamence's sheep on Klick SHOULD shed light on whether his PL idea was more likely scum; I'd say Klick is pretty near the top of my town reads, while Salamence's been careening FROM his Ven/Mineral (who I suspect) policy lynch TO copying the vote of a rather unsuspicious player. I will hammer when you're ready. At the least we have plenty of connections--as is here in the player-connections diagram, to ponder
