Terrible music is something that is sorely unappreciated in today's society. Everyone appreciates a song that brings true joy to one's heart, or a song that makes you cry from a lost love, but no one really appreciates a song that's so utterly trash that it drives you insane and makes you cry because you know there is no way that you can escape it for the rest of your life because it will always be there and searching for you, waiting for you. It takes skill to make a beautiful masterpiece, sure, but it takes a complete lack of awareness of surroundings and basic music conventions and an abundance of stubbornness to make truly terrible music, which is what makes it special. It reminds us that while we have our own share of flaws, we were never the guy who created some of the abominations crawling about the world today. But some music doesn't understand it's place, and it's going to be up to you to put these rebels back in their place. Good luck.

General:
1) This ruleset is not perfect, and will occasionally require adjustment. This adjustment will wait until after the game if at all possible, but if some in-game patching is required, it will only be done with the blessing of several mods more experienced than I.
2) Until this game is declared over and a faction is won, it cannot be discussed outside of this thread ever. Sole exception is quicktopic links provided to you by me for specific discussion with other players in the game.
3) Do not quote private mod communications in the game thread. Paraphrasing is allowed, but don't toe the line.
4) Modkills result in an automatic loss and you losing your standing in my good books; the greatest way to avoid them is asking me before doing something that you are unsure about.
5) My colors are red, green, and blue. Whenever I comment on a player's posts, I will sign my name at the bottom. Do not impersonate me by using my colors or taking my format.

Voting/Lynching:
1) Vote with the vote tag or in bold like so:

2) If something looks like it was intended to be a vote, it counts. Broken bold tags will not stop a scum quickhammer.
3) Lynches occur when a majority of votes are piled on one player. Once Majority is reached, twilight phase occurs and further voting/unvoting will not count. All living players may talk during the phase.
4) A single 'bah' post containing no game-relevant information is allowed after death.
5) No majority at deadline means no lynch occurs.

Player Activity:
1) Day phases will be 14 days; Night will be 2 days.
2) Extensions are granted in special circumstances.
3) Prods will be given if a player has not posted in 48 hours OR whenever they are requested.
4) A player must respond to a prod within 24 hours, but if you come back before I find a replacement, you may still stay.

Don’t Be Stupid:
1) Don’t use hidden or encrypted text. You may use small text, unless it is hiding game-related or important information.
2) Play to your win condition.
3) Don't make me step in to solve petty disputes. Killing scum should be a fun group activity for everyone involved.
4) Have fun! It's called a game for a reason; don't let it become a point of stress and frustration and anger in your life.
