Why the heck did you even replace in if you have this much of an issue with me if I don't immediately start worshipping you or something?
What the hell? This is basically a weird personal attack mixed with...something.

How are you expecting me to respond?
you think I am coming after you because of some grudge? that's hilarious. your play THIS FUCKING GAME. is not like what I have seen you as town. If you aren't playing towards your town meta that means you are scum.

get over yourself.

Jake... You have no idea how close I came to leaving my vote on you and going to bed the night I switched to lama.

You may not think you crossed the line with swearing this have but you did and it very nearly cost the town the game.

Thanks for the game everyone! It was enjoyable for the most part although I found the change of pace in Day 4 a bit challenging.

I came into Day five fully intending to vote Pj/Thor but then my paranoia set in which, combined with my previous suspicion that Mert/Jake and Llama were partners, made me want to check everything again. Jake's insistence that he was confirmed town when he wasn't didn't help either, but it was his posts addressing Pj which just didn't read like they came from a townie who was 100% sure that Pj was scum, that really made me doubt him.

Jake, who is your main account?

I enjoyed reading this game although I definitely wanted the scum team to win. :| The push back against Jake's play really makes me reevaluate my own play, though.
Take care, PJ.

Why did you guys kill me? :(

This game was fun to follow along. I was, uh, a little miffed that Thor665 wasn't lynched earlier, but this is fine, too. I'm just sad that the two people who I wanted to be town the most ended up being scum. Thanks for the game, everyone.

In post 1563, Equinox wrote:Why did you guys kill me? :(
Various reasons. It came down to there not really being a pressing urgency to kill anybody. There were several players who would have been bad kills (players who could were feasibly lynchable / players actively hunting in a wrong direction), and we were left with players who wouldn't really give information one way or the other (Mert, mikeburnfire, Equinox). Just know that both LlamaFluff and myself were not thrilled with having you killed. <3 You can totally blame ac1983fan. >.>

As the two "most experienced" players in the game (myself and LlamaFluff) were both scum, we had to play with a long-term goal of making it look plausible that neither of us were nightkilled for the entirety of the game, unless we chose to have one of us bussed (which was also discussed, although it seemed risky given the early suspicion on ac1983fan). This led to some strange-looking decisions as the game progressed.

When Thor665 replaced in things strangely got worse, since the longer the three of us lived, the worse we would look just because of our status. It was in fact for this reason that we avoided No-Killing -- we figured players would jump to the conclusion (or one similar to it) that "ah, the scumteam must be experienced, or else why not kill an experienced player?" So in actuality, had the Town given more thought to why the scumteam was failing to No-Kill, it could have easily pointed to the scumteam. While it is possible the previous scum-teams in this set-up did not properly consider the merits of No-Killing (which is the impression that I was trying to get across: namely that the scum-team in
this
game had dismissed it out-of-hand, and was therefore relatively inexperienced), it was actually the case that we thought it would make us look worse because we already
know
that No-Killing is optimal.

Hiraki was killed in-part because we anticipated he might have been able to lead a successful lynch on ac1983fan, and ChannelDelibird was killed in-part because we anticipated a "DCLXVI v LlamaFluff" showdown on Day Four, and we did not want ChannelDelibird quickly throwing down a second vote on LlamaFluff to force the issue. This actually worked beautifully (as we instead ended up in a Town v Town scenario): it was just unfortunate that our schedules did not mesh to take advantage of it. DCLXVI was killed largely so somebody would be dead, and none of other somebodies made much tactical sense.

Honestly, I stopped following the game shortly after Jake replaced in. He was a pretty good player, but also somewhat obnoxious to read. I don't agree that constant profanity is normal.

As a player and the list mod, if a scum member says "I don't want this posted" and the mod did not say that everything would be revealed post game - the mod is under no requirement to (and honestly shouldn't) reveal the scum QT. This could make an interesting MD discussion, but revealing the QT when it wasn't said that it would just would be another strike against the mod really (when you consider a vote count ratio of less than every three pages - even in the slow day one/two part of the game).

I will second the request not to reveal the QT just to make the point more or less.

All of that aside the modding was a train wreck in this game. I never knew what was going on vote wise and that's very unacceptable. If the mod cant give the time to run a game - then either get a backup or don't mod.

All right. Glad we didn't find a way to lose the game when it counted. Scum really blew it yesterday not getting a mislynch before I was able to convince people to vote Llama.

Once I had cleared Huntress I was pretty confident Thor and PJ were the two scum. Jake tried to make me second guess that along with Huntress thinking Jake was scum. Glad she opted for PJ in the end.

Thor is scum in yet another game I play with him. FFS...he's been scum in like 6 of 7 games together.

I didn't care for the modding that much...it was pretty sparse. More timely vote counts would have been nice and the deadline thing was annoying.

Jake...you were getting a bit out of control there. You thinking you were so confirmed town when I don't think that was the case from Huntress and my pov's. And I still think I know who you are. A D username with a previous B username who became no more after a game with me last year. I wouldn't expect you to concur though.

Good job Huntress not voting Jake. Thanks for voting PJ Thor.

Good night :)

PS...not sharing the QT is petty IMO. No need not to. Unless you really care about something someone said about another player (which I seriously doubt in this game) or a top secret scum tactic was going to be revealed (which I seriously doubt in this game).

Sorry I didn't do that great a job of modding. At first I was going to post votecounts more but then I felt like I was going to do it too frequently. Lesson learned.

Congratulations on the new title, RachMarie! Happy birthday, Thor665!

One vote count per page is a good guideline. If the game is moving too quickly, then it's fine to not hit every single page, but try to get one on as many pages as you can. Once every 24 hours is generally mandatory, though, unless there's been no new pages + vote changes.

Deadlines need to have a specific time. "The 3rd at midnight Central" was better than nothing but still vague; did you mean June 3 at 12:00 AM or June 3 at 11:59 PM? CST or CDT? List a date and countdown with every vote count.
