It was only supposed to be a game. Bodies weren't supposed to disappear. The invitation had said that there were fifteen players, but shortly after I arrived, three of them disappeared. At night, the house was filled with sleeping gas, which meant I couldn't do anything except sleep. During the day, there was chaos, filled with yelling, screaming, and a desperate attempt to break down the doors of the house.
We couldn't do anything like this. So, we decided to come together and lynch one person each day, no matter what. What was originally a harmless game now became deadly... and I enjoyed it.
Do not quote your role PM or any other PM/QT communication from the mod.
Do not contact any player in or outside of the game about the game.
Do not use encrypted or hard-to-see text (including "invisible" text, text below the 50% text size option, or text hidden via BBCode (not including spoilered text)).
Do not edit or delete posts in this thread. If you made a formatting mistake, I will fix it for you (if it doesn't change the content of the post).
Activity
If a player doesn't post in-game after a period of 48 hours, other players may request a prod of that player.
If a player doesn't post in-game after a period of 72 hours and another player hasn't made a request, I will prod that player.
If a player is prodded, that player has 24 hours to make an in-game post before a replacement will be found.
If a player receives multiple prods and/or prod-dodges excessively, that player will be subject to a force-replace.
If you are going to be absent for a specific period of time, please let me know ahead of time!
Votes and Lynching
Votes must be in the format of VOTE: Player Name or
VOTE: Player Name
. Abbreviations, missing punctuation, and misspellings will be accepted as long as it is obvious to me who is being voted for. If I perceive it as a vote, it will count as a vote.
Unvotes are not necessary to change a vote.
A player will be lynched if a majority of the players have voted for that player.
Plurality rules come into effect if a majority vote is not reached before the deadline: whomever has the most votes at deadline will be lynched. If there is a tie, the player whose last vote was placed first will be lynched.
All living players, including the lynchee, may continue to post until I lock the thread.
Once I have posted your death scene, you may not post ("bah" posts are not allowed).
Behavior
Harassment of an individual player is NOT permitted. While this is a competitive game, no personal attacks will be tolerated.
Always play to your win condition.
Do not discuss this game anywhere else with anyone else unless your role allows you to.
...In all seriousness there is this thing called RVS which is normally how people start off games.

I just don't like it. After watching and playing a few games here, I do recognize that there is maybe some utility to it, but I find the stuff that ends RVS to be a lot more game-relevant than RVS itself.

Well, in order to get to the stuff that ends RVS you have to go through RVS, and by refusing to do RVS every game you play in will probably start like this... No pain no gain right?
However, I did go through and look at your games and your meta is to not do RVS so...
