Rules have been copied from someone who copied from someone who copied from "n" number of senior mods, however these are slightly modified to meet my terms.
General Rules
1) Strictly follow the site-wide rules.
2) Play to win, and don't forget to have fun
3) Don't attack or insult your fellow player
4) Do not impersonate or pretend to be the moderator.

5) Do not edit or delete your posts in this thread. If there is a problem with a post, such as incorrect formatting, ask me to fix it for you.
6) Do not quote communications outside the game thread, including role PMs, quicktopics, etc., in the game thread. This specifically includes PM timestamps. Paraphrasing is allowed. If in doubt, ask.
7) Unless I have specifically told you it is allowed, do not talk about this game outside of this game thread until it is completed.
8) Do not use cryptography, invisible text, tiny text, or the like.
9) Do not use any form of provable randomness. Claiming you rolled dice and acting on that is fine. Using dice tags is not.
10) Do not bring outside factors into this game. This includes, among other things, making bets, promises of real life rewards, etc.
11) Claiming scum by yourself is fine. Claiming scum with others is not, regardless of the truth of this claim.
12) Pretending to break a rule will be treated the same as breaking the rule.
13) Breaking one of these rules may, at my discretion, result in a modkill. If you are modkilled, you will become a Neutral Survivor, and thus automatically lose. Modkilling may or may not end the game day.
14) No set of rules can be all-encompassing. I reserve the right to take any action at any time, for any reason. However, I try to be extremely reasonable. If you have any questions about the game, rules, or players, please ask me via PM.
Activity Rules
1) If a player goes 48 real life hours without posting, they may be prodded at my discretion, or upon being asked by another player. Prods will be announced in thread.
2) If a player does not respond to their prod within 24 real life hours, would be prodded thrice in the same game-day, or four times in total within the game, they may be force-replaced at my discretion.
3) If you will be V/LA, please alert me in the thread or via PM (or both!).
4)If you are in or going to be V/LA, please alert me in the thread. Don't PM me, don't post in the V/LA thread, post in this thread. Otherwise I'll probably prod and possibly replace you." That also has the nice advantage of stopping other people from asking for a prod; they know about the V/LA too
5) Each game day will have a deadline of fourteen real life days (two weeks), except for Day 1, which will have a deadline of twenty-one real life days (three weeks).
6) Nights long for 48 hours, so all night actions must be received to me within the 48 hours of time from the moment the night was announced.
7) I may extend deadlines in the event replacements must be found, at my discretion. This will be announced in thread.
Voting Rules
1) For your vote to be counted, it must be bolded or in vote tages, like so: VOTE: ArcAngel or
VOTE: ArcAngel9
If It looks like a vote it will be counted.
2) Unvotes when switching votes aren't necessary, but will be appreciated.
3) Keep all your votes in a new line, don't mix them in conversations or in statements.
4) A lynch will occur when a player achieves 50% +1 of the votes. When this has happened, any subsequent votes and unvotes will not be counted, and the game will enter twilight. Night will begin as soon as I have declared the lynch.
5) The town may opt to 'no lynch' in lieu of lynching a player on any day. VOTE: No Lynch is the format for this. No lynching requires only 50% of the town's votes to go through, as opposed to a majority.
6) If players don't make a lynch by the end of dead line, on dead-line the player with the maximum votes or the one who reaches the first maximum votes will be lynched accordingly.
7) Once you're dead, you are dead. Do not post in the thread until the game is over. So, DONT POST IN THE GAME THREAD WHEN YOUR'E DEAD.

The game is currently at "PRE-GAME", Night 0 begins as soon as mafia choose the power roles.
Day 1 starts when 11/13 confirms their role
Night 0 started, All role PM's are sent, Day 1 begins as soon as all players confirm with in next 24 hours, or Day 1 begins with 11/13 confirms after 24 hours

Loving County or town in Texas is known as one of the smallest counties in US with very few residents in it(likely 82 residents). Over years, the residents of Loving town have been living in peace and prosperity. The county Sheriff “ArcAngel9” has been successful in her job and has kept this town out of “Mafia Eye” for years. The Red Mafioso group has finally decided to takeover “Loving” town and steal its wealth. However, the Red Mafioso aware that they won’t be able to take over the town while the sheriff lives… ..
Jun 15, 2013 Saturday night 11 PM : Unlike the major cities in US.. the weekend nights in Loving county is just as normal as any other night… Except a “retro bar” which is the only place in town that plays a decent retro music and serves delicious cocktails… The county sheriff, AA9 visits the bar after finishing her duties at the county office, she is meetign her friends for few drinks….
After few drinks, AA9 leaves the bar and drives her way back home.. While she is almost reaching her place, she sees a man lying on the middle of road. AA9 pulls over her car and gets down immediately to check the man who is lying down… AA9 says.. “OMG, are you okay??” and tries to flip the man to see his face…… the moment she flips the man, he opens his eyes, he has a gun in his right hand… before, she realizes what’s really happening… sound of a gunshot breaks the silence of that place which was quite audible to other houses in distance…

We could get 3 confirmed town and narrow down lynch candidates while also optimising the PR's actions for N1/2. It also means scum literally cannot fakeclaim PR.

No, scum can always fakeclaim PRs in this set-up, what with them deciding which 3 PRs are at the town's disposal. Somebody'll get accused of fakeclaiming, sure, but doing that will out all our power roles to net one scum. So massclaiming probably isn't a good idea.
