His Holiness Maestro Lux is en route to the Udosian Neutral-City of Quik Topicus and wishes to calm regional delegates who may have been awaiting his arrival. The Pontifex felt he should attend personally, as a primary meeting between nations demanded such a duty of the sworn Pontifex of the Lux Semitam, the Path of Light.

Furthermore, Pontifex Maestro wishes for any nations desiring more personal contact with the divine to enact a pilgrimage to Urbem Lumine ("City of Light") so they may hear the teachings of the Holy Pontifex firsthand. It is also the capital city of the fair nation of Mæristo Lux, with which other nations are encouraged wherever possible to engage in trade and other dealings.

We will only build places of pilgrimage in other nations on specific request.
We will not isolate ourselves behind tradition nor demand the same of our friends or neighbors.

Our followers are many, but our beliefs are few.
The Path of Light is for all - even Mhorkists - who wish to answer its call.

We will gladly, and truthfully, share our funding and budgets with other nation's leaders for the mutually beneficial goals of peace and prosperity, however His Holiness most likely saw fit to discuss these early matters of boring infrastructural funding with the Luna senate before we began making public declarations to our neighboring nations.

His lack of presence at the recently convened Quik Topicus Council was regrettable, but I, as Chief Intelligence Officer of the Quik Topicus Branch of Lux Semitam, was ready and willing to provide anything which was asked of me. It seemed the "Holy Empire" and Fallen Tragedy were more concerned with ironing out the details of what should've been an inferred treaty for peace in our region, while His Holiness was more under the impression that matters of explicit importance were to be discussed.

Protecting one's neighbors and participating in free and prosperous trade are ideals which should not have to be discussed at length over high tables on neutral ground for all parties involved. Rest assured, all parties are involved in peace - it is the implicit state in which we should exist and should require no ostentatious discussion.

The obvious implication in this direct answer to your question is that our budgeting has and will continue to be private. We will privately discuss our budgeting with any interested nation.

Humanity must seek its peace and light wherever it will; no nation of humankind has the right to impede upon any other nation's search for that peace. Very simply, no meeting is needed. TS's claim is rejected by humanity's very nature.

I had hoped there would be some level of actual roleplaying here rather than a herp-the-derp fight everyone with because lolz mentality. It's infuriating because no one seems to care at all about anything other than fighting and trying to be all secret insular despite the fact that that's not how the world works.
