The following takes place in the town of Yakisoba, Japan.

Quiet.

That's right. It's quiet.

That's good, right? Quiet. Quiet is nice. Quiet is peaceful.

They said they'd be here by now.

"Hello, Mr. Mayor," a man whispered behind him. The mayor turned around, but sees...

Nothing. Quiet once again.

"I...I...I have money..." the mayor said, breaking the silence. Birds in the alley down below fluttered thier wings and flew away, past the scene slowly unfolding on the roof of an adjacent building. The mayor watched them fly away, wishing he, too, could escape. Unfortunately for him, he was grounded. The whisperer tapped the mayor on the shoulder and put a finger to his lips.

Even on this seemingly open roof, the whisperer still seems to be able to use the shadows to his advantage.

"I have money, too..." the whisperer replied. The mayor slowly nodded. His hands were shaking.

"But I have something more valuable than money, too..."

The mayor felt a hand pressed hard on his chest. He had no idea how close to the edge he was.

The birds should have been grateful. If it weren't for the mayor's voice scaring them away, they would have been crushed by his weight as he fell into the alley.

The Yakuza have started operations in the seemingly peaceful town of Yakisoba. It is up to you to stop them.

"Sir! There's a problem," a man said while entering an office featuring a desk, a chair, and a lamp.

"Please, come in. Sit down. And refrain from using the word problem. There are no problems. Only solutions," an authoritative figure stated while poiting to a chair.

"Well...we have a...situation that is in need of a solution," the first man said while sitting down where he was gestured to sit.

"What is it?"

"Well...there was a...a...a witness."

"A witness? To the mayor's murder?"

"Yeah."

"Oh, the poor mayor. It was in all the papers this morning."

"Yeah, it was a real tragedy," the man started to shake. He looked around the office, but the walls are very plain, except for the deep crimson paint coloring them. He looked at the desk. It was very plain as well, and equally as crimson. The man gulped and looked back to whom he is talking to.

"So? What happened to the situation?"

"Well, sir...I took care of it."

"Good. Didn't I tell you? There are no problems. Only solutions."
