seems to me as though LSU is trying to speed things up to try and force people into making irrational decisions.
thats exactly what happened on the first day, and where did it get us...
absolutely nowhere.. we lost our roleblocker.

As I've said before 9 days is TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO freaking long to only be on page 2 of the game. I've been on plenty of games on myother site that I play where 1) games never go past 5 days even when there is no deadline, and 2) game never only has 2 pages of post after that much time. Just realize as soon as I'm lynched it's GAME OVER as we're at town without anymore to spare.

Ok, this looks pretty straightforward. Three votes to lynch means that any townie with a townie vote on them can be quicklynched by the two scum to end the game. The two players who've had one vote on them for a while are me and LSU Tiger Josh. LSU Tiger Josh's vote is on me and I haven't been quicklynched, which leads me to think that he's not a townie. LSU Tiger Josh has one vote on him and hasn't been quicklynched by two scum. Makes things pretty easy for me.

There is a problem with that, being that a lot of players have been absent. Echo_Terrorism Watt's two posts were made during times when LSU Tiger Josh wasn't voting for you, so if he's scum he might not have been capable of quicklynching you.

Perhaps, but I don't think that makes a difference. Examining the two possibilities:

1 If LSU is town, the two scum should immediately vote me. Even if Echo is scum but didn't vote because he's missing, I'd expect the other scum to jump on my wagon, and that hasn't happened.

2. If LSU is scum, the other scum would most likely be waiting for a townie to vote me so that he can hammer. Hence, it again makes sense that Echo (or whomever) has not put a second vote on.

I did consider the absenteeism as a factor, but given the above I don't think that it's enough of a factor to change the normal logic. Echo's post 59 is a direct attack on LSU, which doesn't seem a likely move by his scumbuddy when the scum are in a strong position. Besides all that, LSU has been super scummy all game long, hammering a townie day 1 and then voting immediately on day 2 despite being in LyLo.

If LSU is town, I'd expect the other scum to wait until he/she is sure that Echo is present before jumping on the wagon, since at the time Echo's last post was on June 7th. I agree that LSU and Echo probably aren't scum partners.

As for LSU being super scummy, I'll let him defend himself.

No, I don't think that's interesting. I think it's interesting that he was emphasizing that he was asking for prods because he thought the lurkers were scum, though.

Ultimately it could be taken either way, I suppose. Not that I'm not enjoying this conversation, but I would like to hear something from everyone else.

Ok, I'm going to be away for a couple of days, so maybe it's time that I showed my full calculations. I've cross-matched each player with all the others to find potential scum pairings and the results are as follows:

zakk_status: not scum (due to NAR's post 52, in which he dissuades LSU from speedlynching a townie (BBB/me))
LSU: not scum with Echo, zakk or me - only potential pairing is with Blue Zebra
Echo_Terrorism Watt: not scum with LSU, zakk or me - only potential pairing is with Blue Zebra
Blue Zebra: not scum with zakk or me - potential pairings with LSU or Echo. Not scum with Echo because then he could have hammered LSU for the win.

Therefore, the only potential scum pairing at this point is: LSU Tiger Josh and Blue Zebra.

Now can someone please get in here and hammer this guy so we can get to day 3 and lynch Zebra?

NAR didn't dissuade LSU from speedlynching BBB. He attacked LSU for rushing for a speedlynch. This only means they aren't scum together.

The way I see it if Echo isn't posting here then he could easily be scum trying to shoot under the radar. As I said before I'm used to playing games where 1 day is only about 4 days real life and have a lot more then2 pages of posts. Does it make me scum no, does it make me look scummy sure. I was about ready to just deadbeat out of the game from all the inaction taking place. I am just interested in playing and having action. Sorry if I suffer from add when I'm bored and to be honest that day 1 was boring me to death.
