Specifically, I copied and pasted the rule-set from Newbie 1266, which uses a semi-open set-up and thus has all the potential role PMs listed in the opening post. This game has a closed set-up. I forgot to amend the rules. They have been corrected now.

I) Take some time to think about why it's not a good idea for town members to open their bag of surprises and invite the mafia to look in. It's typically considered scummy behavior to speculate on power roles because they are the best weapon the town has and we typically want the mafia to be as ignorant as possible to those roles. I'll buy that you're new, but you have to understand it's still suspicious.

tres) this was half-joking, but I found it interesting that as a curious scumhunter you didn't care at all about my reasons for suspecting Paschendale. ie. you asked why I thought YOU were scum, not both people I named. Townies should be more interested in figuring out why other people could be scum, not why they are acting scummy, since they know of their own innocence, especially if there's not even a strong effort against them to lynch
