Part of the reason she won that one is because people didn't think she'd play that way as scum. Unsurprisingly she flipped town in the game she was actually that frustrated over. Did none of that make you think twice?

So Stigmata is talking about a short game that was run off-site around the time when fontisian claimed Priest. I think that the posts by fontisian quoted above probably influenced Grib's read on her here -- made him think the anger she was showing was genuine. With that in mind, his defense of her looks town.

I also think that when he is scum in games with a lot of town players who know him (me, fontisian, Stigmata, Citrus, others), he essentially resigns himself to being caught. He continues playing and making the best of it, but most of the energy is gone, he doesn't bother with much activity or pretending to sort the other players. This was true in another off-site game played recently, in which fontisian put some light pressure on him and he straight up claimed scum.

In this game, he's been laid back and projecting an attitude of town confidence, apparently unconcerned with people attacking him, making posts like 566 and 942, and asking questions. Poking, putting other players on the defensive.

(1) ZZZX - hard to read, esp. since he's been completely ignoring this game in favor of other games, but. Early buddying of Honey Bee (and the other player he's played w before, Rubicon) as having 'totally valid logic' despite him totally disagreeing w the logic of her attack of him. OMGUS on Grib is pretty hypocritical and lame. Lots of empty posts and prod dodges. Stance on the fonti-hiplop claims situation is p pro-scum ("one of them has to be scum! let's line up their lynches!" Also, I'm sheeping fontisian.

(2) ABR - Steps above ZZZX b/c his posts are really low content but somehow seem candid, he's gotten more attention than ZZZX, and I kinda like that he didn't figure out overnight that the Gravedigger flips alignment and role/still seems sure that it's role-only. However, he..basically fits as scum with any combination of people? Except Grib who I really don't think is scum. Potential distancing with Mist, seems to still just be wagoning whoever even though we're as many pages in as we are, e.g. Atum (which may seem hypocritical since I technically joined that wagon but I didn't know there were other votes on him at the time b/c <technical difficulties>, but etc.) Liable to change once he's back from VLA and shit.

(3) hiplop - not w/ ZZZX tho, but what the hell has he been doing Today and how does he not remember suspecting Honey Bee. Also that thing I've already mentioned in 2 posts.

If I had multiple shots and one hit scum I'd be liable to get all paranoid about my townreads tho. But these 3 are vigbait.

No. My point is that your reaction to my claim looks like someone reacting to an early town claim, not a reaction to a claim by someone who you thought was scum.

ABR then ABR a second time for good measure. Then Hiplop and maybe Stigmata after.

ABR's play is scum at worst, anti-town at best. In the past month he hasn't done an ounce of scum hunting. He's just going to coast for as long as we let him.

If you ISO Hiplop and look for ABR, you'll notice Hiplop's association with ABR in every or almost every instance is "Yeah, I don't like him... but let's focus on someone else." If ABR flips scum then Hiplop needs to die. If ABR flips town then I might skip Hiplop and go onto Stigmata.

You didn't miss ika's claim and you didn't think Honey was claiming something else either. Neither of those two things had happened at the time of your Atum vote.

I can see where you might get the timeline confused if you're reading backward to justify a wagon vote though.
