No effect from the 9, but the tiny 3 means the pass is intercepted! The ball is intercepted at a point three bonusable dice from the line of scrimmage, and returned 20 plus two bonusable dice yards. Two sixes on the return roll(s) means a touchdown on the return for the Cougars.
