I'm not concerned about his wagon hopping in RVS, my concern is his unwillingness to vote for me after my self vote, despite expressing displeasure. He's shown he's not afraid to throw his vote around, so why is he reluctant to move out of RVS by putting a serious vote on me? I got the inmpression he wanted to avoid conflict, while at the same time didn't want to ignore my self vote. Why would town seek to avoid conflict?

I really don't see how being the first or second on a wagon makes a blind bit of difference from the pov of town who should be seeking to interact with those who he wants to engage.
