I'd have thought it's super unlikely that toffee and arceus are scum together. Scum are more likely to WK town, aren't they? Why would arceus risk looking like toffee's scumbuddy, assuming they are buddies of course, by WK'ing him against what would look to arceus like a really solid read?

We also have to consider the possibility of multiple scum factions, right? That's my current understanding at least.

Confidence means shit. In two irl days I might be confident he's town. My confidence is a style thing. Arrogance is probably a better word. At all times, I'm right and everyone else is wrong.
