pretty sure that isnt the most legal kind of thing to do, and I'd assume scum would have some kind of fake claim/info about the win-con. just like every single mafia game ever?

Really suspecting that move however not sure if frm town or scum trying to push a fake town-flip

Normally I would expect a fakeclaim but this game has been declared that the flavor does not relate to alignment, which nulls out a need for a fakeclaim. Plus, I only gave 10 minutes so that scum has no time to ask mod for a town wincon and pretend that they knew it in the first place.
Also, there is a way to tell if scum has fakeclaims or not. I just need to wait.

scum would want people to think the game is more normal than bastard. So anyone who said 1 is automatically more likely to be scum in my eyes. But this is metaable, so I should investigate this further.

Huh if scum thought they were playing in a normal game they would want the game to appear more bastard. All of a sudden a miller becomes a mafia miller for example. The fact that you didn't see that as a possibility makes me think you have a pretty bastard role.

If everyone else could claim what number they picked it would help. Also I really don't see the difference between a mafia goon and a mafia miller.
