Not likely, considering that the ending Pistachi0n wagon would still have been:

RC, AA, Fluminator, Ank

plus my remaining on the wagon would have made it incredibly difficult to lynch me later.

It would definitely have been an interesting play, but to say that it would've instantly won the game would be disingenuous.
