I'll hopefully be checking it twice a day. My time zone is GMT+10 (Australia) and I found in my last game that didn't match up well the other players. I would get up, post, work, check before bed and there would only be 1 or 2 new posts. Then I would go to bed and wake up and there would be 30 or more new posts.
