Okay so I'm caught up but had to read at a skim. Only sensible thing to do is

Intent to hammer Lexdrew

Although for the record I think Psyche is more likely to be scum than Lex, that's just gut based off a quick read of the game. But it's too late in the day to change that I think, and we have enough votes that it doesn't really matter. I like RC's plan (although why the message should be "Annie" I do not understand, but that's irrelevant.)
