Here's my original LQ case Pie, though I note that as I told Postie it doesn't adequately cover my points.

We should use them sparingly. The reason for this is that it distracts what is actually happening in-thread if we have too many going on at the same time.

This is what's called IIOA (information instead of analysis.) It's considered a scumtell because it's generally easier for scum to discuss strategy (universal) versus reads (game dependent.)
I don't put too much stock in it but it's one of the first things I noticed.

Note that here he comments on a vote on him without even CONSIDERING the possibility that the person voting for him is scum, and tries to direct conversation away from his alignment to the argument.
The latter is likely unconscious but I imagine that town LQ would not respond in this way.

Its harder to read people 1v1 Vs 2v1 or even 3. In 1v1, people can think things through more. This is going to give scum the advantage since Town is going to be overly suspicious or overly trusting of the other person. The less Town know in a 1v1 situation, the more bias they will be. With more people it is easier to get accurate reads on individual scum members.

This is both complete bunk and heavily IIOA.
Holding up under pressure is incredibly hard in a 1v1 situation for scum.
I think he's afraid to face such an eventuality for himself and is therefore pushing away from it.

I got bored of post by posting so I'll tackle the rest in generalities.

His attitude towards Titus is absolutely bizarre in iso 10-17. He scumreads her in one post, townreads her the next, calls her "Titus being Titus" (ie town) immediately after and then tries to jump her bones into a room together then IMMEDIATELY AFTER calls her scum again.
I could see it either being awkward distance between buddies or being LQ wanting to "pocket" Titus as he himself put it or even just incredibly sloppy scum play independent of any attempt to manipulate Titus.
I can't see it as being from town.

True, maybe. But telling me that the question is bad and not following up at all is not really town play. It's a minor thing, but no bueno.

If you ever want to buddie Titus the way to do it is by appearing very reasonable and giving Titus the benefit of the doubt on a lot of stuff. Unfortunately for Scum, that is a strategy that is very much a double edged sword, which is why Scum usually try to oppose her rather than buddie her. Make sense?

I mean, this is really obviously kissing Titus's ass and also really doesn't make sense coming from his (at this point, though it fluctuates post by post) point of view that Titus is likely scum.

You are giving me way too much credit. In truth, I never consider myself a leader really in any game. I have tried to do it once and I ended up sheeping someone else. I have a very single mindedness about me when I play the game. If you want to know how to read me all you have to consider is this:

As Town I don't keep track of who said what about who or even pay attention to a series of events that take place during the game. I just look at posts and try to see if it is a Town post or a Scum post and that is really it.

As Scum All I really do is try to play like I would play my Town game trying to give the same kind of reasoning for my reads which is very difficult for me. I have a horrible Scum game and am caught very early most of the time.

Basically the entire point of this is saying that his town game is scummy because it doesn't follow reason and that his scum game is shit so he'd be autolynched.
Aka, appealing to his own generally scummy town play and shitty scum play (claimed) to avoid pressure.
Why else make this post in this way?

I'm expressing frustration more than anything. I'm sorry, but your style does get on my nerves. (Mutual feeling and all that, I'm sure. This is an explanation, deal with it, etc.)

I do think you're rather being blind in some regards, but eh. We'll burn that bridge when it comes to it.

To say I'm not scumhunting is ridiculous. To say I'm doing it poorly & haltingly isn't. I'm not particularly inclined to argue the difference right now. If it comes up, I'll deal with it in the game thread, where I'll only have to have one long & tedious fight with everybody at the same time.

I brought up that game to point that I do occasionally tune out of a game when stuff happens. To date, I've never had trouble with a scum game. It's self-meta, and likely not to be taken seriously, but there it is. It almost bordered on a trust tell at one point, until I brought my Town game back into line.

By taking that bet, I mean I kinda think it's LQ too. I'll put up with you later if it's not. I'm looking at Bella & Espeon to some degree, out of respect for Pie, but I don't expect to lynch anyone but LQ.
