Forgot my password and email password too

I'm able to post this because the login info is saved on my tablet. But I don't know of any way to retrieve it nor have I any way to retrieve my email address' password because I never provide real answers to security questions or my phone number. Usually I can deduce my passwords because they follow a pattern.
