I get that Lowell has done some things which are scummy but I really think the evidence against Titus is much stronger. I'm a little bit stuck here because I can't defend Lowell's play in order to break the deadlock.

We should still keep on talking. Is it also a point that if Lowell were scum, he would've come in and hammered Titus already? Or maybe that would show a knowledge and understanding of what's going on in this game which Lowell hasn't shown since it started?

My top choice is still Lowell. Behaviorally, he is the scummiest. But I could go for FAQ as well. The votecounts make him look awful. ISO Ircher and Dier and see for yourself.

Literally the only time he has been decisive in his voting is when he's voting scum. He's not that good. He knows something we don't.

APF, I'll go with Lowell today. I'll most likely be dead tomorrow to allow for the convenience of a NK on N6. I'll compromise and go for my second, if you do the same tomorrow and go for Titus tomorrow (assuming Lowell isn't scum).
