Not sure about zulfy, but the guy he replaced looks pretty bad in retrospect.

Just remember if we're going to wagon zulfy he has claimed hated so let him claim at lynch -2

There's been some discussion about this, so I figured I would weigh in with Mod-Meta to establish an equal playing ground:
In the case of player-controlled external votes (such as those cast by Bright in Suikoden U-Pick), I always allow the player controlling the vote to dictate when the vote will be cast. There can even be triggers, such as "When a player reaches L-1, I want my external vote to hammer that player." So long as I can reasonably be online at the time when the player wants their external vote cast, it can happen anytime or even be made to look like it belongs to any player.

Do not assume that the BIT and FIRE votes both function in the same way the BRIGHT vote did in Suikoden U-Pick--this post should not serve as confirmation towards or against that. The intention of this post is simply to establish that you can't 'game' a player's activity in order to figure out if they control an external vote, and attempting to do so is foolish (and against the spirit of the game).

whats your read on lowkey ?

after reading more stuff I think It can be the fire voter. timing and the fire vote matches. and that is the only slot who hasn't posted today. as its more likely to see Fire vote as scum indicative I guess they talked about it last night. so the fact its not yet casted means something is wrong

and my suspicion is Lowkey slot.

whats your read on this theory ?

If you're asking about a read on Lowkey, I've been reading them as Scum.

What I've seen from their play hasn't been spectacularly Town (same can be said for most of us.) But there's one thing that I can't possibly get around or away from. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES Hinduragi outed my SECRET alt. There's nothing that reconciles that type of action with Town play. He never explained why he did it THREE SEPARATE TIMES, either.

Scum.

This bothers me.

On one level, I've been in games where a player claims that they'll be "mod-confirmed" at some future date, and when that date comes, they are NOT "mod-confirmed." Once a player using that gambit actually was Town, but I nearly wasted a Cop investigate on her because of it.

Another problem is that giving any faction an indestructible player on what looks like Day 5 would likely make the game unwinnable for any other faction(s.)

Nothing in this game is really unkillable.
And I guess we'll just have to wait and see if their claim is truthful or not. No point really throwing shade on it now.

zulfy is still a great lynch though, there was a reason I RBed him last night and there wasn't a factional kill.

I will say getting tree stumped is pretty annoying. I want to see the setup and laugh and all of you but instead I'm here.

Flum: So, basically, you DO think it's likely that we're looking at a single scum team that had two slots with the ability to make people permanently hated who chose to spread out the modifiers?

Yes.
The town is really powerful, and Varsoon surely put crazy scum powers in. The hated mechanic is actually a pretty genius idea and works perfectly with the main character mechanic.
If they put everything on Yos or Rylay, they'd run the risk of us making them a main character. If they spread it out among two, we couldn't protect both. I think Gale dying hurts that plan though.
Also, Varsoon said you always need a minimum of one vote to lynch someone. He confirmed that the Fire vote would count as the minimum to lynch. (Thinking back, this makes the BIT vote a little more sketchy because it would go perfect with anonymously hammering someone)

ABR and Sensei please keep all your arguments about who's better at this game in the party topic. That was boring to read.
Yos and Pirates back and forth was also boring. Nothing to see here.
Zulfy, explain your motive behind the fire choices.

Kinda hard to tell for sure because before she claimed there hadn't really been a point where scum would have gained anything out of quick lynching like that.
They wanted to power up max day 1.
Day 2 was all about gale.
